I really like to keep fit! I am not a fitness freak by any extent of the imagination, in fact, I don’t even like going to the gym! What I do though, is have a daily workout at home! No matter how cool these dumbbells are, there are a couple of small complaints that can be made about them! First of all, parts of the dial mechanisms are made out of plastic and dropping them on a hard floor could damage or even break them! If that happens, you’ll have to get the “hand unit” replaced. The good news is hat they’re covered by a two year warranty and the support from Bowflex is pretty good! Another more minor complaint, is the fact that the weight on each side of a dumbbell needs to be adjusted manually. It’s not that big of a problem, but I can’t understand why it needs to be done. Finally, like all training and gym equipment, these things are not toys and should be kept away from small children!
